Pat Shand currently runs and writes for Space Between Entertainment where he has written incredible stories like Destiny, NY, Gangster Ass Barista, and I summoned Cthulhu to Fund My Kickstarter. Aside from running Space abetween Entertainment, Pat has done work with Publishers like Scout Comics, IDW Publishing, BOOM! Studios, Zenoscope Entertainment, and Black Mask Studios. Working with these publishers allowed Pat to work on other classic series like Adventure Time, Zorro, Disney Villains, and Van Helsing. Outside the comics world, Pat has written Broadway theatre, as well as been a novelist, bringing original stories to Marvel. With the knowledge he has gained over the years, Pat has used Kickstarter to fund 20+ series for countless other creators and publishers.
Pat was a part of our Creating Comics panel back at last year’s Comic Con, and we are thrilled to have his participation again.
